House Bill 19-1228: Increase Tax Credit Allocation Affordable Housing   HB19-1228, sponsored by Rep. Shannon Bird (D-Westminster), Rep. Brianna Titone (D-Arvada), Sen. Jack Tate (R-Centennial) and Sen. Rachel Zenzinger (D-Aurora), increases the annual allocation of the state's Affordable Housing Tax Credit program (AHTC), administered by the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA), from $5 million to $10 million from 2019 through 2024....
