CAR sends this monthly analysis to Colorado news outlets. Townhomes and condos are selling for an average sales price of $380,000 across Colorado, which is a 12% increase since last year. However, this could be a welcome relief for some homebuyers looking for affordability. The median sales price for a single-family home in Colorado is $562,000.
