Denver Post: As Property Showings Resume, Builders and Agents See a Quick Resumption of Spring Interest from Buyers, Sellers
The Denver Post spoke with Denver-area REALTOR® Matt Leprino on the uptick of buyer interest now that statewide stay at home restrictions are being relax.
“We’ve already seen plenty of showings; there’s pent-up demand,” Leprino said. “How long that will last is hard to tell, but showings are back up after dropping off.”
