Colorado REALTOR® Named to NAR’s 2020 30 Under 30 Class

Brad Inhulsen, Broker Associate/Partner with Sears Real Estate in Greeley, has been named to NAR’s 2020 30 Under 30 Class. Each year, REALTOR® Magazine features 30 rising stars in the real estate industry.

NAR states, “A common thread among the 2020 honorees is their steadfast advocacy for the real estate profession. Many have served on committees and in leadership positions at their state and local REALTOR® associations or have built up their YPN groups. The 30s display a purposeful approach to their businesses, often supporting community causes or leading their own charitable endeavors. They’re also client-centric, putting their buyers and sellers first through education and support.

You can view his 30 Under 30 profile here. Brad tells NAR:

“While I was in a business program in college, I became interested in flipping properties. I took an unpaid internship at a brokerage to learn what the real estate business looked like. The turning point was when I went to a closing with a top producer in my office, and the buyer burst into tears. Later, the agent explained that it was the first home she purchased on her own after a messy divorce, and it was very meaningful to her. At that moment I saw real estate as a way to help those who are starting new chapters. I realized that flipping properties is interesting on HGTV, but the people side of the business has filled my life with meaning and value. That’s why I decided to obtain a real estate license: to make a difference for people.”

Judges selected the 30 honorees from a larger list of 50 finalists. A full profile of Brad and the other recipients will appear in the May/June issue of REALTOR® Magazine.
