CAR’s Chair, Justin Knoll, had 2 radio interviews with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) radio show, Real Estate Today, in their series, “Sell Like a Pro.” During “Sell Like a Pro” interviews, NAR asks top real estate processionals what strategies, tactics, and techniques they use when they are selling their own house.
In his first interview, Justin shares how to sell like a pro in a shifting market. As we are now entering into a “balanced buyer’s market,” he calls it a “healthy transition” for Colorado. He reminds REALTORS® of the importance of providing greater service, value, and protecting clients.

In the second installment, Justin is asked about marketing your home in 2019. This episode focuses on how to make your home shine online and the importance of online marketing. “Online presence is the first invitation for somebody to say, ‘come and look at this,’” says Justin Knoll. He shares that social media is important to use as he says, “Go where the eyeballs are, and that’s social media.” Justin goes further to explain today’s “tribal approach” and what that means.
