Elizabeth Peetz and Madeline Cain Recognized by Colorado Politics

Elizabeth Peetz CAR’s Vice President of Government Affairs and Madeline Cain CAR’s Government Affairs Manager are both featured in Colorado Politics Article as “New Political Players”.

Elizabeth Peetz will be directing the association’s efforts on public policy, as well as manage its government affairs division.  Besides advocacy and legislative work, Peetz will oversee the Realtors’ Legislative Policy Committee, candidate endorsement process and its political action committee.

“I’m excited and honored to have the opportunity to work with our leadership team and our members to build upon CAR’s strong government affairs foundation,” Peetz said in a statement. “Our members are working on the frontlines to help enable the American dream of homeownership and we will focus our efforts on increasing the institutional capacity and bring new innovations to our existing programs as we enter a very important year of advocacy in 2018.”

Madeline Cain will be in charge of research and developing public policy. With her background in political fundraising and work with the state Realtors’ PAC, she will help with Legislative Policy Committee and candidate endorsements.

“We’re incredibly fortunate to be able to maintain the momentum and success of our government affairs division through a seamless transition of leadership in Elizabeth and Madeline,” Tyrone Adams, chief executive of the Colorado Association of Realtors.  Both Elizabeth and Madeline are preparing for the upcoming election year and will continue the policy work being done on behalf of members and Colorado homeowners.
