Pueblo Market Remains Hot Through the Cold Months

Pueblo Market Remains Hot Through the Cold Months

Despite cooler temperatures, Pueblo, Colorado is still experiencing the effects of the housing market as they remain active through the seasonal cool down and prices continue to rise month over month.   CAR’s Housing Market Statistics showed that the median sales price for a single-family home rose from $184,600 in September to $190,110 in October.

Even though Pueblo is experiencing an increase in median sales price, houses still remain affordable compared to other areas across the front range.  According to CAR’s Housing Market Statistics, last month’s median sales price was $280,000 ins Colorado Springs, $325,000 in Greeley, and $450,00 in Denver.  Comparably, Pueblo remains affordable and homebuilders are rising up to meet the demand for housing.
