According to Department of Numbers as of June 24, 2013 there were about 10,973 single family and condo homes listed for sale in Denver Colorado. The median asking price of these homes was approximately $354,900. Since this time last year, the inventory of homes for sale has decreased by 28.8% and the median price has increased by 18.3%.  Is the real estate market you service experiencing the same?
