Here is what a few graduates had to say about their Leadership Academy experience:
“The CAR Leadership Academy is an amazing opportunity to network and learn from many of the brightest minds in the real estate industry. With a focus on professional standards, legal issues, political advocacy, industry statistics, public image and Code of Ethics, I gained valuable skills and tools to navigate and lead in this continually changing industry. I look forward to sharing this knowledge with my local board and colleagues to continue to raise the REALTOR® standards,” said Laura Sellards of Keller Williams Mountain Properties.
“For the past 3 years I had to wait for the right time to apply for Leadership Academy and thankfully 2017 was my year to do just that. The education, experience, networking and connections were well worth the wait. I would highly recommend any REALTOR® who has a desire to learn and become more involved in the larger REALTOR® community to jump in and apply for Leadership Academy. It’s an investment in yourself that will pay you strong dividends over the life of your career,” said Amy Jackson of EXIT Realty.
“The Leadership Academy has opened up an entirely new, yet hiding in plain sight, perspective to the incredible work our organization does. The enriching experiences and invaluable relationships I have formed are something I would have never been able to know I needed before graduating from this program,” said Matthew Leprino, Managing Broker of Leprino Home, Inc.
